This Privacy Policy explains how Synthetic White AB (organization number 559519-7665, incorporated in Stockholm, Sweden) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use dreamdrive, our proprietary Chrome extension.

By installing or using dreamdrive, you agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please refrain from using the extension.

Dreamdrive is a Chrome extension developed and operated by Synthetic White AB, a limited corporation based in Sweden. The extension is designed to help users manage, store, organize, and optimize AI prompts. Dreamdrive includes features such as:

  • Access to our proprietary Dreamtune optimization presets
  • Curated creative libraries (photographers, styles, render settings, lighting, etc.)

All features are designed with data privacy and user control as top priorities.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect and process only the information necessary to operate and improve Dreamdrive. Information is grouped as follows:

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

  • Email address or login credentials (if account registration is used)
  • Saved prompts, folders, and tags
  • Style references and associated metadata
  • Custom configurations or preferences (Dreamtune settings)

We do not collect personal content from your device unless explicitly saved through the extension.

2.2 Automatically Collected Data

To ensure performance and stability, we may automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system and extension version
  • Usage metrics (e.g., which features are used, frequency of use)
  • Timestamps, logs, and crash reports (anonymized)

This data is strictly technical and does not include the content of your prompts or identifiable personal information unless necessary for troubleshooting and explicitly permitted.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and maintain core dreamdrive functionality
  • Enable private storage of your creative data (prompts, tags, references)
  • Offer prompt optimization suggestions through Dreamtune presets
  • Deliver a personalized and seamless user experience
  • Perform internal analytics to improve extension performance

We do not use your prompt content to train models or for any commercial resale. Your creative data belongs to you.

Upon deletion, all personal information and stored content will be permanently erased from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Data Transfers and International Compliance

We store and process all user data within the European Union. Any cross-border data transfers (e.g., to subprocessors) are conducted in full compliance with:

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Swedish Data Protection Law

We implement Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other mechanisms to safeguard international transfers.

14. Supplemental Notices

This Privacy Policy is intended to meet requirements in all jurisdictions where Dreamdrive is available. If local laws require specific disclosures not included here, supplemental policies may be added.

Website analytics (dreamdrive.ai)

Our website measures visits with our own cookieless analytics, hosted on Cloudflare. We record the page viewed, the referring site, approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address by our host), device, browser and operating system type, and how you interact with the page (for example scroll depth, time on page and clicks on the install button). We do not store your IP address and we do not set cookies for analytics; visits are counted with a short-lived anonymous identifier that changes every day. This data is used only to understand and improve the website and is kept for up to 25 months.

Email sign-ups (dreamdrive.ai)

If you request our free cheat sheet, we store your email address, the date and the page you signed up on, so we can send you Dreamdrive tips and product news. We only email you if you tick the consent box, and every email lets you unsubscribe. We never sell or share your address. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing marco@syntheticwhite.com.
